Eligibility*
US citizens residing outside the US or departing the US within 30 days of the effective date who are between 14 days and 74 years old, as well as non-US citizens between 14 days and 74 years old are eligible for CitizenSecure. US and non-US citizens may not reside inside United States for more than 179 days of Certificate Period. The plan cannot be sold to citizens or residents of: Cuba, Iran, N. Korea or Sudan. Canadian residents located within Canada at time of application or renewal are subject to Canadian surtax.
